Your prescription is yours

We give you a copy of your glasses prescription after your eye exam. You do not need to ask, and you do not need to buy glasses from us.

When a contact lens fitting is done, we give you a copy of your contact lens prescription. It lists the lens, the size and how long it is good for.

How to ask

If you need another copy, call or write to the office. We send it the same day. You can also ask the front desk when you are in.

What it does not include

A prescription for dry eye drops or for another medicine is a separate matter between you and the doctor. The doctor sends it to the pharmacy you choose.
